Lawn & Garden Maintenance Team Member

We require a part-time team member to primarily take care of lawns (mowing, whipper snipping, edging), and garden maintenance (hedge trimming, weeding and garden clean ups).

You will also:

• Have a genuine interest in the industry.

• Have some experience, this is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided to the right applicant.

• Be able to work independently when required

• Hold a current NSW C-class driver’s licence

• Be willing to obtain a police check

• NSW White Card (or willing to obtain)

• Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)

• First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)

• Be willing to help others during long days in different weather conditions

• Have a fun, energetic personality and a "can-do" attitude

Your responsible for:

• Managing single or multiple sites per day

• All aspects of lawn care, including mowing & edging small to broad acre sized lawns.

• Use of lawn mowers - self-propelled, walk behinds and zero turn ride-ons.

• Use of a whipper snipper

• Hedging, pruning and minor tree pruning using hedge trimmers and other hand tools

• Weeding, mulching and general garden care.

• Safe and correct work practices according to policies and manufacturers guides.

• Preparation and minor maintenance of all equipment being used in day-to-day duties.

• Ensure job specifications and scheduling requirements are being met.
