Urban Ranch Property Services is a company with a long-standing reputation for excellence. We specialise in residential property maintenance but have a moderate portfolio of rural and residential properties. Currently, we cater to the South-West Sydney market, and are the preferred service provider for numerous insurance agencies and community organisations.

The company quickly grew and cemented itself as the new golden standard in property maintenance. Today we continue to build on that legacy and strive for excellence at everything we do.

Our people are what make us unique. Rather than outsourcing our gardeners from questionable outsourcing establishments, we provide them with an environment that supports professional growth.

OUR Domestic and Commercial DIVISIONS

Maintaining quality and customer satisfaction is vitally important.

We have developed two divisions that make up Urban Ranch Property Services Pty Ltd. These divisions operate and are responsible for their own clients, work, and teams.

These two divisions look after our domestic & residential clients and the other division looks after our commercial and developer clientele.

We have proven to be the preferred service provider for many insurance, community, and development groups.
